Events and Community Activities

The City of Karratha has an established calendar of community events. The pinnacle event is the City’s Cossack Art Awards followed by the Red Earth Arts Festival and the FeNaClNG Festival. Recreation, Leisure, Arts and Culture

There is a mix of formal, informal and outdoor lifestyle amenities spread throughout the City. This includes great public swimming pools, indoor and outdoor recreation facilities and fantastic boating, fishing and camping.

A number of arts and cultural amenities are available including the Roebourne Museum, Karratha Arts and Learning Centre, historic Cossack, Moonrise Cinema and numerous indigenous art galleries.
